Multiple items for sale: Limit quantity of product.

We are creating a form with our multiple items for sale, however there are limited #s of inventory for each item. I know that a customer submits their order we get an email and can update from there. However, as a backup, in case two people submit a form before we can edit our form how do we add an inventory limit on each item we have in our form. We put only one in the counter but when someone buys it we want to either delete the item or update to say no longer available. Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks,

    Tony

    Hi there,

To clarify, is this the form in question https://www.jotform.com/form/202673712888162? I checked your form and you are currently using a Payment Integration(stripe) for your items, wherein it's not possible to have inventory limits.

An alternative solution would be combining using payment integration, Inventory widget, and the form calculation widget

Take note the items/products in the Inventory widget are automatically grayed out or unavailable if there aren't any items left.

Here's a demo you can test and clone https://form.jotform.com/202934750556055.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
