Subscription period is for monthly or yearly?

Asked by webonux on September 05, 2013 at 03:41 AM

Hi Jotform team, Nice to meet you. Please let me know the purchase period. As you mentioned in pricing page, will those schemes for yearly or monthly wise payment period? Does each sub-user account has individual submission counts?

Ex: If I select 1,000 submissions per month, then will these scheme for 3 sub-users with 1000 submissions? Totally 1,000 x 3 = 3,000 submissions for three users. Right?

    Awaiting your swift reply.

    Thanks.

    Hello Webonux,

Our pricing page displays the monthly subscription plan. If you select any of the plan and proceed further, you would get the option where you will be able to select the schedule i.e. monthly / yearly / 2 year.

    Sub Account question:

The account which you upgrade to premium will have 1000 submission limits. Sub account is just to help you manage your forms and they will have only normal submission limit of free account i.e. 100 submissions. Form should be created in your account first and then shared with sub account. If sub account create form in their own account, normal submission limits are applicable.

    Hope this answers your question.

    Thank you!
