Is there a form that multiple people can sign?

I'm looking into a online purchase order form that we can use in house. We'll need at least two signatures on the form and was wondering if it can be shared to multiple people. Also, if we want to do only one form for now, do you think we'll need the membership or will the free account work for us until we add more forms?

You can add two signatures on the same form and that should work in a free account as well.
