Is there a way I can allow clients to schedule services only on available days that I have arranged based on representatives availability?

You may use the Appointment element as this allows to set available dates and times:
You can set the availability on the field settings:

Thank you for your assistance. How can I select specific dates to have available instead of days. For instance, if I want to have 10/22/2020, 10/24/2020, 10/27/2020, and 10/30/2020 available, how can I select those dates to be available with available times instead of having only certain days be available because the date may be Thursday on 10/22/2020 with an availability but unavailable next Thursday 10/29/2020? How could I make it so clients can book a certain date on a Thursday for the current week it's available but have Thursday unavailable next week?

Unfortunately, the element does not have the option to set specific dates. You may however do it with the following widget: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/gift-registry
This is not a calendar, but allows to disable a time once the limit is reached.

That's a no I'm afraid. What you shared is for the Tables View, which is the submission page containing the submitted entries on your form.
