Submit button missing

Hi there

Once people complete my form, there is no 'submit 'option. Can you please help me out with this.

Hello Marcia - It looks like you accidentally deleted the submit button on your form. But no worries as you can add it back by navigating through FORM ELEMENTS > BASIC > Submit.
