How can i make sure that no one in the dropdown list is gifted with more than ONE Meal Kit?

i'm making a meal kit form with the possibility that the buyer is gifting it to someone in a specific recipient group. How can i make sure that no one in the dropdown list is gifted with more than ONE Meal Kit?

You can make sure that by enabling the Unique submission based on a question. For example an email address. A user won't be able to submit the form again using the same email address. Please check the guides below for more details and other available options as well.
