Hello, We signed up today for your service. We use Authorize.net as our Merchant Interface so I was working on a couple of templates. I uploaded our CC authorization form as a PDF and when I realized I didn't want to use it, and tried to go back to the main forms page to delete it as a template, JotForm kicked me out and now it seems we are locked out. Can you please unlock our account so I can continue to work on a form for our clients to use to make payments vs our manual form that they do not want to use.

    Thank you,

    Karen Nierenhausen

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The following form was found on your account Chris_Richardson as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting credit card details in plain form fields.

Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate in your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though.

If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

We’ve removed the offending fields on your form and lifted the suspension on your account. Please refrain from making new forms that is against our terms to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
