How can I access my form responses?

    I’m trying to access the responses to my form

    I’m not getting any link to reset my password when I request it. I’m concerned I won’t be able to access the results. Can you advise how to access responses? The email provided in the form is the same one provided here.

    Hello Siobhan! Your account is a Guest account. It is not a regular account, that is what you're not able to reset your account's password.

    To fix this issue, you'll need to open up JotForm website from the same computer and same browser on which you originally created this form. Opening Jotform website on the same browser will open up the same session and you will see your forms.

    Once you start seeing your forms in the "My forms" list, click on the "Sign Up" link on top right corner. Once signed up, you'll have a regular JotForm account and your forms from the Guest account will be move to this regular account.

    After this, you'll be able to access your account and forms from any device.
