How can I create a form that automatically sends out a customizable email?

Hello, I have never used JotForm so am a newbie.

I am designing an employee appreciation program for staff.

I want staff members to be able to fill out a simple form, and then that will trigger an email that is sent out to different people, with a cc to the staff member, too. ( this is not a reply to sender email. )

I want the email to look like a thank you card ( pretty, with graphics, and easy change and update with seasonal themes. Not just a standard email format.)

The staff member will input information about a nice action/effort made by a peer/colleague. This form just requires a few fields.

The email that is sent automatically will need to looks more designed.

How do I do this? What is this process called?

Do I need additional widgets or integrations?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Diane,

Within your form, you have the option to create an AutoResponder email. By default, the email will simply send form fields and their information in a table format. However, you can remove it and customize the email as per your requirement. Please check the related guide on the link below.

However, this email does not have an option to add recipients as CC.

We've added an advanced text editor in the email so you can customize it.

Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

    Thanks.
