Web form uploads to FTP but folder structure is wrong

Asked by jamesnicklin1 on September 05, 2013 at 09:09 AM

I have created a web form which uploads to my own ftp server, however when i upload something using the web form, instead of going to the directory i have specified (e.g FTP Home Dir>ABP>BA>BAE>AS1 for example) it creates a whole new set of folders which I do not want (e.g the end result is FTP Home Dir>ABP>BA>BAE>AS1>ABP>BA>BAE>AS1>Upload). why does it create these extra folders as it can clearly see that these folders are already created?

    Hi James,

Please check if the assign ftp path/folder in your ftp server have the proper "permission" to be able to 'write' into the path.

Inform us if the issue persist.

We are having a similar problem. We want the uploads to go to the folder named "incoming" directly without creating another folder. What is going wrong?
