Price quote for educational discount?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Anup Bhat, Assistant Professor, Physiotherapy Dept, Manipal College of Health Professions, MAHE, Manipal, India. One of our students wants to conduct an academic survey among professionals. He requires a subscription to JotForm for a month or two. Can you please guide us on what options are available for a student and also let me know if there is any way that you waive off the subscriptions for a student?

    He can apply for our educational promo which will give him a 50% discount on the total amount.
