    Submission emails are not being received in my email address

    Hi Jotform

    I have added multiple notification emails just to be sure, but the forms on our account ClaytonCosmeticDental are not being delivered! I have added my own email address to the form's notifications but still nothing. I have tested the email address with normal email and it works...any ideas why NONE of the forms are firing?

    Hello Martin,

    Email address info@claytondentalcentre.co.uk, sue@claytondentalcentre.co.uk are in our bounce list for following reason:


    info@claytondentalcentre.co.uk is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'Domain name claytondentalcentre.co.uk do=

    es not resolve or mail not\nconfigured'



    sue@claytondentalcentre.co.uk is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'This domain has had e-mail disabled.'

    I have removed it from our bounce it and it should be working fine now. You need to take a closer look at the bounce reason and verify if this email service is enabled in your hosting server. Have you recently changed your hosting provider or was your domain expired recently.

    Hopefully now your problem is resolved.
