How to Auto name the file integrated with google drive to be different from folder name

Hi,

Apparently i am facing some issue of not able to input a different file name from the folder name integrated with the google drive.

e.g. in the integration setting for google drive I indicated name of submission and i need the file name to be the gender of person (also one of the field in the form)

how do i make it such that the file will eventually be like that

file path :

my drive--> Jack (name of submission)-- file name: Male (gender).
