How can we use JotForm to help teachers (help students with unfinished learning)?

We're a new software company in Perth, Western Australia. We're building a software system to identify and help schools monitor unfinished learning, as students return from school closures.

The ease of JotForm made me realise it could help us with our MVP and possibly, our v1 release, if we can integrate smoothly.

A few things we need below. Can JotForm help?

    1. send quick surveys to students to identify their confidence level, gather the form data, send results to our system (so we can send back to teacher and school), then collect the data and report it with other survey responses.
    2. to track collaboration. I see users can work/collaborate on a form. Does this mean we can see who and how often students have interacted with a form, and aggregate that data too?
    3. I seem to remember users can complete forms even if their not registered users. This is awesome.
    4. We're at pre-revenue stage; looking for support/assistance, while we establish our product in a very tight market (with schools trying to quickly manage unfinished learning). Do you help education companies like ours to build in this market? Any assistance will help. It's tough getting big innovations into schools in this climate, but we have a unique product/solution.
    5. We're looking for ways to manage collaboration between teachers, class tutors (who may also work offline) and students, using JotForm.

That's probably enough questions for now.

I saw your product through EduTech conference in November (in Australia). We're going to be first-time exhibitors.

Hope you guys can help. I love what I've seen about JotForm.

    Cheers,

    Peter Willliams, Director/Founder

Thank you for showing interest in using JotForm with your processes. Please allow me to answer each of your questions in sections to avoid any confusion.

send quick surveys to students to identify their confidence level, gather the form data, send results to our system (so we can send back to teacher and school), then collect the data and report it with other survey responses.

A form created in JotForm can be easily published. You can share the direct link with the students so they can start filling it out. Data are stored in our servers and can be accessed within the account the form is under. As for sending the data to your system, we have different Data Management Apps that you can use to integrate your form with. Storing form data to your own database can also be possible using API and/or Webhooks.

to track collaboration. I see users can work/collaborate on a form. Does this mean we can see who and how often students have interacted with a form, and aggregate that data too?

Are you looking to allow your students to submit the form with incomplete data but give them an option to continue it at a later time? If you need to track their progress, perhaps you can set up the form to allow students to edit it at a later time. How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

As for aggregating the data, there are ways that you can do in JotForm to generate reports so you can track form submission progression. How-to-create-form-reports-in-JotForm

I would also suggest that you check JotForm's ability to create Visual Reports.

I seem to remember users can complete forms even if their not registered users. This is awesome.

Although there is already a way to make the form "Private" so it can only be accessed by people you sent invitations to, the form is still, by default, set as "Public" and it can be filled out by anyone who has access to the form link.

I would like to apologize for I'm not quite sure what assistance you are looking for exactly, but please do not hesitate to explain it further so we can try our best to help. Also, I just would like to add that we are offering a special discount to our users who is a part of a non-profit organization or is an educator.

We're looking for ways to manage collaboration between teachers, class tutors (who may also work offline) and students, using JotForm.

Can you give us more details about this requirement, please? Can you tell us in what way you would like to manage collaboration between teachers, class tutors and students, using JotForm, please? Does this have something to do with the form process workflow? Please give us more information so we may provide you with an accurate solution or a workaround that could possibly help you with your requirements.

We will wait for your response.
