I am making a form where clients can enter several pets with different descriptions but sharing some common information. This leads to selecting a field from previous. When the question is answered and the field is shown, it is the already completed version from the first one. Is there a way to prompt a refreshed version of prev. page?

You can prepopulate fields within the same form or pass on field values from one field to another on the same form as explained here: https://www.jotform.com/help/286-how-to-pass-field-value-to-another-field?
Do try this and let us know if it helps.

Sheena EvertReplied on October 22, 2020 at 3:28 AMI am looking to have the original questions promted again several times per
client- Not filled out- as each time the descriptions will be different.
You can find my form "Clone of Peticures for Dogs" at:
https://form.jotform.com/202921354023242
There are multiple choices in each category, assuming the client has a
combination of different pets for example; 3 cats, 2 dogs, 1 bird- one
client can enter and choose services for each pet while only filling out

You can duplicate the question fields as explained here: https://www.jotform.com/help/242-how-to-manage-multiple-fields
Then show them based on the number of pets required.
