I upgraded my account yesterday and recieved the confirmation but I am still receiving notifications that my forms will be disabled tomorrow due to surpassing the SSL submission limit yesterday.
It is important that the forms not be disabled.

Good day! That is right after you've made the payment. Our system will automatically upgrade your account unless if you haven't provide the correct details during the process.
Upon checking your account, it seems that everything went fine. Your account is Premium, see screenshot below:
Let us know if you need any further assistance with your subscription.

I've check further our records, and it seems that you been double charge.
Our system has failed to automatically upgrade your account for the first payment because you haven't define your Jotform Username. I've seen that you have this cancelled. I have now requested the refund for this payment. Refunds for Paypal Direct Payment usually takes up to one (1) week to be processed. You should be notified via this thread once done.
The second payment, made an hour ago went through fine with all the correct details. Your account is now Premium upon this payment.
Thank you for the quick response. I processed the original transaction from chrome on my android phone yesterday. I attribute the error in the first transaction to scrolling around on a 4" screen. I've really enjoyed the drag and drop features of the form builder and jotform has greatly simplified one aspect of my job. $10/month is a small price to pay for the value I am receiving. Thanks again for the clarification!
