    Why autoresponder email is sent twice?

    Hi,

    someone filled out my form, first one to complete it... they got the correct autoresponder first, but then received an additional email as if they're answer to one of the questions had changed. They never changed it, and it still shows as their initial response so I'm not sure why they got the second email.

    Hello jrittenhouse,

    Upon checking your form, I found that you have multiple autoresponder in your form and that seems to be the reason of autoresponder being sent twice.

    Here is the explanation:

    As you can see in the above image, one normal autoresponder is created and two conditional autoresponder is also created.

    When the form is submitted, normal (unconditional ) autoresponder will send the email to the user. Please check the conditions now, if the conditions are met one another autoresponder (conditional) will also be sent.

    You should actually delete the normal (unconditional) autoresponder and your user will only receive one autoresponder.

    ah, the condition for autoresponder3 was broken, i fixed it. thanks for the help. also - is there a browser you'd recomend for working in jot form? it seems to be buggy when working in firefox.

    Hello jrittenhouse,

    Although you should not have issue with Mozilla, using chrome browser is advisable.
