How can I give access to colleagues to edit my form and share my submissions with them?

    How can I give access to colleagues to work on the form editting and also access to the list of answers?

    Hello Virginia_Dignum,

    You can give access to your colleagues to edit the form simultaneously.

    To better assist you, I have cloned your form.

    Please follow the below steps to give access;

    1. Go to the "BUILD" tab of your form to which you want to give access.

    To share your submissions with your colleagues, please follow these steps;

    1. Go to the "MY FORM" page.
    2. Select the form you want to share.

    4. Click on the "GEAR" icon on the right side of the page.

    6. Set a password for your form's submissions, which pop up after checking the "Make This Page Public" option.

    Hi
    Thanks for this! We are almost there. The only remaining issue is how to
    make my colleagues able to edit the submissions too: when I share the
    submissions page they don't get the button that allows to edit the
    submissions (we need that in order for them to fill in the hidden
    approval fields to complete the reviewing process)

    Having others help you build a form is what form collaboration meant.

    If you want to give access to others to edit submissions, you can have additional users added to your account. Please check out our JotForm Enterprise plan.

    Hi @Virginia_Dignum,

    Alternatively, if you Switch to the New Version of Submission, you will be seeing JotForm Tables. In here, you can share the submissions for your colleagues to edit.

    Follow the steps below:

    4.Click Go Back , Copy Link and Share it to your colleagues.

    If your colleagues want to edit entries of submission, all they have to do is to open the link you sent and follow the steps below:

    2.More -> Edit Entry

    Your colleagues will be redirected to the form where they can edit and resubmit entry. After submission, all changes will be applied to the particular entry they edited.
