Continuing issues

    Hello

    I have a form: 202884438222355 - this has 5 html links at the top of each page. I have been working with JotForm Support to replace these with tabs.

    I need the user to be able click on the tabs and go to the page controlled by condition attached. The thing is, there is also a title in which the user places a name... this needs to stay. The support team said they would replace the html links with the tabs for me as we were struggling to get these to work.

    I have had the support team create the new tabs, however, when they cloned the above form it all went wrong. Since then I have had various attempts at this being fixed but always using the corrupted form.

    Could I kindly ask that the above form is cloned, please and the tabs (just for the 5 html links) are added to the top of each page.

    This I tried to do but your system kept saying unauthorised access to continue with that ticket, so I started a new one.

    In fact, I've just tried it and it continues to say unauthorised access. I no longer have access to any steps of that ticket.


    So I'm stuck now with the principal issue and no means to deal with it?
