hello,
I would like to create a form with one question "long text answer" on whichone the user must be able to format the text (bold, italic, bullet point, line break etc.)
Is it possible ?

Yes, it is possible.
You can use the Long text field and use the Rich text editor option as shown below:
Let us know if this would work out for you.

The insertion of HTML tags is not supported on forms.
Please explain which data with HTML tag are you referring to? Are you referring to this with reference to any form?
If yes, please provide us the form URL and also the section that you are referring to.

Hello
My use case is:
- The user submit a form with a long text field in "rich text" (with bold, italic, line break etc)
- I collect the data (xls/csv) and push it in my database
the thing is that i can see the information is well collected
but when i export the data: the formatting part has disapeared
i just want to be able to push the data in my database correctly

Unfortunately, the formatting shown on your Form submission page will not be the same when you export it into Excel or CSV.
You will need to format it separately after downloading it in excel.
