I need help re-activate this account - Foundations Forum

    Hi this issue is still happening. I tried to delete the content that was in the email for that form in case i had information in there that is on the watch list I cant see why though we are a very tiny voluntary organisation that support people not to scam them. If you can go into the form from your end and delete the email content that is causing this I think this will fix it as I said i tried to but couldn't link to form is:

    I see my colleague has already activated your account. My colleague has already forwarded your account to our backend team to whitelist the account permanently.

    You can follow up on the same ticket which you have mentioned in the previous post.
