Address Elements no longer copying to short text.

I have several long medical & legal consent forms that I have used with Jotform for quite a while. Things like address, name, DOB etc are required at multiple places on the forms. Up until 2-3 days ago, if you populated the 'Address' element, it would copy to multiple 'short text' boxes in the documents. Same for the 'Name' element. In the last days, we have received multiple consent forms that are missing the address details.

I have looked at the form and done multiple tests. I have looked at the copy conditions and it all looks fine. This still seems to be working for 'Name' field (ie: name is copied throughout the PDF after entering once) but has been disabled for 'Address'. What's been changed?

I have a clone of every active form saved in archive as a 'master back-up'. The form hasn't been touched in months. I went on to this clone tonight to see if maybe it was some changed I made whilst coding CSS in the active form, but it's not... the address on this back-up has also stopped working.

Can you please look into this? It's very poor form to make such a significant change to a feature and not inform your customers. This has a significant impact on my practice. For one, none of the forms sent to me by clients in the last few days are now legal.
