    Hi! Please provide us the following information to proceed further:
    1.
    Which form are you sharing?
    2. How are you sharing your form?
    3. Where (on which platform) are you sharing your form?

    Awaiting your response.

    Hello! There is a special META OG tag required to set an image for a webpage. JotForm doesn't implement this particular tag so form images in JotForm links never show up.

    1. In the first screenshot, the first link is a Facebook link. Maybe it is your FB post link?
    2.
    The second screenshot is a direct link to your form on JotForm.

    Also, we can forward your concern to display form logo as the form image when shared as a feature request. Let us know if you want us to.

    Thank you!

    Hello! Yes, this is possible if you can create a webpage, embed the form in it and then implement the "og:image" META tag in it. You can then share this page's link on Whatspapp, Facebook etc.

    Following is the META tag that should work:

    <meta property="og:image" content="url_image">

    I hope this information helps.

    Thank you!
