Not able to reset my account password.

    I need to reset my password and every time it sends me the link it says it's already expired even though I go there immediately

    What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? I am unable to find any account with your email address. Since there is no account with email address, you are unable to reset your account password.

    Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form ID, form URL or webpage URL where you have embedded your form, and we will trace your account.
