Does Jotform have a Data center and Tech support located in Australia?

    Hi team,

    JotForm servers are co-located in a cloud based architecture with Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Google Cloud data centers are hosted in Iowa (US). AWS data centers are located both in Germany, Frankfurt (EU) and US, Virginia (US).

    Please note that Australia can be chosen to store your data with our Enterprise plans. You may check our Enterprise web page for more information and contact our Enterprise Sales team if you have any questions.

    Also, our support team is present in various locations of the world and most of the team members work remotely to provide round the clock support. If you choose Enterprise, we have a dedicated support team for Enterprise customers as well for priority support.
