This employee tried to submit her time sheet, and when she did, it gave us it will submit when online, she was on our wifi?? Please explain this error. See screenshot

No I was referring to our time sheet. And can I make it so employees can't do forms offline so this doesnt happen?

Thank you for sharing the form.
Is it okay if we submit a test submission and see if we can replicate the issue? You can still get the submission if you're connected to the internet and sync the form.
Please check part #7 of this guide (https://www.jotform.com/help/589-how-can-i-use-jotform-mobile-forms-without-internet-access?) on how to sync the submission.
To disable the offline mode, please open your JotForm app and click the Gear icon (Settings). After that, select the Offline Forms > Disable the offline mode to the form you want by unchecking the box.

I submitted a test submission and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's a screencast of my submission:
Unfortunately, I think it is only happening on your JotForm app. Please try to disable the offline mode and follow the guide I provided in my last reply. Thank you!
