Good morning, I was referred to the different plans to figure out the one that works best for me. I need to build a HIPAA compliant fill form for my website. Which plan would work ? I reviewed the plans and not even sure what all the different options mean ?

My question is, why would it cost me $348 a year to have just one fill form created ?

    Thanks !

Thank you for reaching to us.

Here you can find a quick outlook on what is offered in the different plans, and which plans are HIPAA compliant:
    JotForm Features and Pricing

The plans are basically divided by how many form submissions you can receive monthly, how many views you can have for your form monthly, how much available space you get, etc.

With JotForm, you can build HIPAA compliant forms with the Silver and Gold plans.
In your case, as HIPAA is needed, your options would be limited to these two.
Deciding between these two would probably depend on your organization size, and how many users you estimate to fill in your forms monthly.

To answer your question, you would be paying for more capacity, more features, and HIPAA compliance.
JotForms HIPAA accounts are saved on an isolated system, which has additional safety measures and increased means to prevent for example data breaches. When you get a HIPAA compliant account, all your information and forms are migrated to this isolated system that complies with HIPAA guidelines.
