Is there any way we can revert a form back 24 hours?

    We accidently changed a form instead of cloning a form and then changing the clone. Is there any way we can revert a form back 24 hours?

    It is currently called TRUCK RESTOCK FORM but was called TRUCK UNLOAD FORM
