Cannot get password reset

bethany+gillis@lonestarwebgroup.com - I cannot seem to get logged in with that account to access my forms! I have reset my password multiple times and never get the email.

I really, really need to access this form! Is there a way to reset my password without receiving the email?

Unfortunately, you need to open the JotForm reset password email to update your account password. There's no other way around.

If you can remember your password, you can update the password on the Account Profile page.
