I still have one employee that cant get in, changed password, uninstalled and reinstalled app, assigned forms, sent reminder email. Nothing. See his view via snapshots.

I can see this is related to this ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2646509. Does the issue refer to the same users? If so, I just checked that the assigned forms were there. The user just needs to click ALL FORMS > ASSIGNED FORMS in the app to view the assigned forms.
