Email verification code issues

I'm getting complaints from people trying to use one of my sign up forms. that the email verification code is coming back as incorrect when they put it in the field. I have multiple complaints from prospects. There is a chance that multiple people are trying to sign up at the same time or similar but other than that I have no way of providing you with a screen shot. https://form.jotform.com/202733961241148

As I understand, you are referring to the E-mail Validator widget on your form. I've checked and tested the form, however, was not able to replicate the issue:

This was the verification code received:

I copied and used that code, and it was verified successfully:

Please note that verification code is a bit long and if it won't be completely copied or some trailing/leading spaces would be included as well, verification will be unsuccessful.

I'm not able to replicate it either. But I had one try 3 or 4 times and it finally worked. Thank you for checking.
