Education Sales

We have filled out the education form twice and have yet to hear from anyone. It has been over a week, and we are needing to get things setup. Enterprise reached out in a days time, but pricepoint to far out. I still expected education sales to respond within a reasonable amount of time. Please advise.

Are you referring to the 50% Educational Discount with JotForm? If that is the case, you have to submit your application in this page https://www.jotform.com/education/pricing/. Our approval is within 24 hours. Once you are approved, you should receive a separate email with links to our non-profit prices. You can upgrade through the links given or go to our pricing page.

Note that we can only approve schools that are non-profit, and can submit the necessary documents proving its current non-profit status.

We are a non-profit private school, so we have all the documentation. However, it has been over 24 hours and we have not heard from anyone. COVID has required us to move everything electronic, and we really like JotForm. However, hopefully we hear from someone soon.
