Accidentally unsubscribed!

    Hi there I accidentally unsubscribed and I really didn’t mean to do that! Can you tell me how to resubscribe? I need to get notified of forms filled out for my business! Thank you!

    Thank you for contacting our support team.

    I am not sure if I am understanding what your inquiry. Can you kindly explain what you are referring to when you say you "unsubscribed"?

    I checked your account and it seems that there is no history of any paid subscriptions.

    Also, if you are looking to receive emails after your form submissions, you will need to set up Notification emails for your forms. These emails will be sent to you as a receipt for the submissions made on your forms.

    I’m trying to ensure that I will get my clients filled out forms in an email when they fill them out online. Do I have to fill out this part (see picture attached) to do so? If so, I’m not exactly sure how to fill this out in terms of what information it’s asking for?
