Trouble Syncing Form Entries with Zoho

    Hi, I am having trouble syncing my jotform with my zoho CRM account.  It has been working for me for the past few days, but for some reason, i cannot get them to sync. I have tried integrating zoho with jotform, and all the fields match up correctly, so I do not know what else to do.

    I've check your Zoho Integration, and there you had one field unmapped to Zoho. See screenshot:

    Please take note that this will create an issue such as the problem with syncing. Please kindly recheck and make sure to map every fields selected. Otherwise, I would suggest deleting that one from the list.

    I also recommend redoing the integration. I know you had a few form fields but doing this would also help you resolved the issue.

    I just deleted the field that was not synced.  The problem now is that after I fill out the form, I am not redirected to the thank you page URL.  I have set up the thank you page URL, but I do not get redirected there.
