Add another user or provide access to the submission panel

    Hi,


    we are a small golf club and some golfers sign up online for tournaments.

    Some golfers give us a phone call and sign up that way. We would like to add these to the submission list but not through a submission because then they get a confirmation email and we have actually already confirmed their participation.

    The submission list is accessible to our golfers so they can see who will participate in the tournament, but we would like this list to be complete.

    In order to stop an email to be sent to the users, you can create a email conditional base on the user response.

    You can add the widget for https://www.jotform.com/widgets/get-form-page-url and create a condition base on the widget, for example:

    The condition said that if your form URL contains the word staff, for example: https://form.jotform.com/202947707436058??staff, the form is not going to send an email after submission.
