My form will not let me submit multiple times while testing

    Hi there,

    I'm testing Jotform along with Zapier to handle registration and payment processing for an upcoming event my company is hosting.

    I'm a bit stuck as I'm getting the above noted alert when I try to test. Screenshot attached.

    Can you tell me where I'm going wrong, please?

    Hi Graham,

    Happy to help!

    I created a clone of your form (202726991493263) and found that you currently have the Unique Submission field enabled to check the cookies and IP to prevent multiple submissions. As you have already made a submission, the form has flagged your cookies and/or IP address and is preventing you from submitting again.


    To test your form, I recommend disabling this function and then re-enabling it once you've completed your testing.
