I have a client transaction that went through yesterday, but despite putting his credit card informaiton in - no charge came through - and the form allowed him to complete his transaction as if it did. The Square link has 'broken' a couple of times now - and I need to be sure this is set up and stable so I can collect all my sales. Help!

Could you please provide us with the name or URL of the form with which you're experiencing this issue, so that we can better assist you?
Also, can you please set the Square integration to Test Mode so we can test it?

Checking the form in question, I've found the integration is still in Live Mode.
Please change it to Test Mode so we can make a test submission.
