Why would people be being denied and getting an error message when trying to place orders?

If you have included screenshot images in your latest response, it was not uploaded properly so we were not able to see them. You can upload them again on your next response.
Please open this support ticket in your laptop/desktop browser and follow the guide below.
Also, are you facing this issue on the standalone form or on the webpage where you have embedded your form?
Could you please provide the webpage URL where you have embedded the form if this issue encounters on your webpage?
