    Hello Jon,

Upon checking your webpage, I found that you still have secure form code embed there.

You have embeded the source code of your form and you should remove the https from the action script of your form.

If you have not changed the source code of your form, you can grab the non secure embed script again for your website. Here are the steps:

    1. Load your form in editor.

    2. Click on "Setup & Embed"

    3. Click on "Embed Form"

    4. Make sure you uncheck the "Secure Form" checkbox before downloading your embed code.

    Thank you!

That is where I am having the problem. I have done that and it does not show the https in the direct link, but when I use the form it is still in the code. Can you try it on that end?
    Thank you…Jon

    Hi,
I tried what you suggested in IE and it worked. Thank you! Chrome (where I live) would not do it…Jon

Could you try by Clearing your Google Chrome Browser's cache and cookies and then try again.

    Thanks

That did not help in chrome. It does not reset to http like IE does.

    Hi Jon,

Good day! Try to clear your browsing data in chrome.

    1. Press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL keys

    2. In Obliterate the following items from, select "from the beginning of time"

    3. Check all the boxes

    4. Click "Clear browsing data" button

    This should help. Thanks

That did not make a difference, but I think I did find out what does. If I am looged into your site with Https for building a form then it puts https calls in the code (not the url of the form) even if I do not check the box. Does not happen if I delete the s from the url when working on the form then save it…Thanks for all your help!

    Hi Jon,

Great that you've found it out. Yes, you should be logged in to our non-secure web URL which is http://www.jotform.us. Accessing our web via secure URL will force your form using our Secure Feature even if you unchecked the secure box when embedding the form.

    Thanks

I use lastpass to log me into things and that kept me from thinking about how I was logged in…Jon

Hello Jon, I think you are probably referring to this https://lastpass.com/ which you are using. That shouldn't affect anything but realistically I think that the most which might happen is that because of the security protocols used it might have pushed you into using our site under https://. If it is not then perhaps you had accidently entered in our site original as such and it might've saved that way. It's really not necessary to view, use, and log into our site via secure measures since we already take these measures for you on our servers to maintain this which keeps your information and data safe. The only thing that is option with that part is the form itself when you are using it or having others use it.
