Yes, that's possible. You can create that form in the form builder then customize your PDF document to look like a certificate.

Here's how to create and customize your form's PDF Document https://www.jotform.com/help/384-how-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report.

The guide I've sent is for you to create a PDF Document in your form. You can design your PDF Document like a certificate and add fields in it so it will be replaced with the field values once the user receives the PDF. Here's a similar example on how to customize the PDF https://www.jotform.com/help/550-how-to-use-custom-fields-within-a-text-field-of-pdf-template.

And after you design your PDF certificate, you can attach it to your form's autoresponder email. Guide: How to include submissions as PDF attachment in the email notifications. So when the user submits the form, they will receive the autoresponder message with the attached PDF file.

Hi! In the PDF Editor, there are options to change font style, size, alignment, color etc. at the document level or at the text block level.

You should be able to change your font settings using the PDF Editor as mentioned by @Cecile_A.

Let us know if this doesn't help. Also provide us your Form ID/URL so that we could take a look.

    Thank you!
