When customers click on submit, it just spins. I am using Square payment

I can't get submissions or orders to complete. When customer click on submit it just says Please Wait and the order never completes for Cards for a Cause. How can I fix this issue?

I checked your form and it is working. The Square payment is also properly configured. I could not make an actual test on your form though because it would ask for real payment but your form submits just fine when I tried entering a test card though I get an error as expected due to the real card it asked. However, my test did not get stuck on the submit button. Could you please try to test your form too? It should work fine.

If you have embedded the form on your website, please let us know the website URL so we can further check.

If it still does not work, please reconnect your Square account in the payment settings and see if this makes a difference.
