why when i send people a link to my form. i then get an email back and i have to grant them access

    how do i turn this ridiculous (at least by default) option off. Thanks.

    Could you please send us the Form URL of the form in question so that we may investigate fully?

    Also, is the form embedded on an external webpage or are you sending your users a direct link to the form? If so, could you please provide the link that you are sending your users so we can check as well?

    Thanks for providing us the form URL.

    You have set up this form with Private access. Hence it is requiring you to grant access to view the form.

    You can change it to "Public form" from the Settings button as shown above.

    This will not show the "Grant access" page when users try to access your form.

    Do try and let us know the update.
