Reusing the same user information in form

Hi,

I use my forms as online consultation forms for my business, and when I get a new client they have to fill it in from scratch. But is there any way I could make it so that for repeat customers, each time they come to me they can just add on a signature and a date at the bottom of the form each time they come rather than filling out the form from scratch again every time?

Unfortunately, there is no such feature in JotForm. However, the form fields can be prepopulated based on entered codes and an attached spreadsheet file with data.
