I need to reset my password but am locked out for too many attempts

    Hi, I have tried multiple times to change my password and have been locked out of my account for too many attempts. I have my developer waiting to be able to log in, can I please reset right away? Thank you.

    I checked your mail logs and it seems that you were able to change your account password. Let us know if you need further help.
