Reset my password

I just requested a new password reset. The problem is the original email address agough@kualoha.org is nonexistent. She no longer works for the agency. Can I get the reset email sent to my email address instead as I am updating forms for our website. jkaeo@kualoha.org

Could you please ask your admin team to take over the email account and then check the reset email.

Unfortunately, the system will only send the email to the registered email. We cannot update the account email.
