Hello there appears to be a download error on a from. The link that is to be filled out on the form doesn't show the same verbiage when we go to download the records of the form. Please help correct this. What's showing on the form should be downloading and it's not.

Hi there - Apologies for the inconvenience.
Have you perhaps previously customized your PDF? You can either edit it manually to make it looks the same as the form OR simply create a new PDF. The new PDF will automatically sync with all the questions on your form.

the form are showing up correctly on the right receipt with the
corresponding verbiage. If I edited or create new will it mess up the
previously competed answers?

Please note that by creating a new PDF Document or editing an existing one, it will not modify the value already submitted by the user.
In fact, creating a new PDF Document will have the exact fields/texts from your online form and in the same order paired with the user's answer on the corresponding field.
