Trying to upgrade but yearly option is not shown.

    I am trying to pay for my yearly subscription as a one-time fee for the silver plan but I am not given the option to select 1-year paid in full? Would someone be able to help me with this? Thanks, Mike

    We'll need to downgrade your account to Free then you can upgrade again and should be able to see the yearly option.

    Account has been downgraded back to free, please try upgrading now and see if you are able to choose the yearly option.
