    Good afternoon,


    yesterday I created a form for our catering company holiday menu


    we want to make ordering quick and easy for clients so we wanted to create an easy online form. We wanted to roll out our holiday menu this Friday so we are in a hurry.

    we LOVED how easy and useful JotForm is but today when I was making changes my IP Address has been banned and my form has been disabled.


    can I please have this fixed ASAP or I will be forced to take my business somewhere else.
