MS Flow integration on HIPAA accounts

Quick question regarding the two privacy settings. We will be signing up for the Silver or Gold plan due to needing HIPPA compliance. Since these privacy options need to be turned off for the automation flow to work, will that affect HIPPA compliance with the forms? Is there any way people outside of the organization can access submissions without directly sending them the link to the Submissions page?

Unfortunately, Power Automate/MS Fow is not yet HIPAA-compliant, reason why the method provided on the other ticket is not possible if you'll be using a HIPAA-compliant Jotform account.
