Auto send a PDF file attachment in email notifications

Hi I'm trying to attach a PDF file to the email response after form submission but the PDF isn't coming through as an attachment.

I've followed advice and I can't see what I'm doing wrong - can you help?

Hi Adele,

I tested and submitted your form and I wasn't able to receive the PDF attachment.

I then cloned your form, removed, and readd the attachment file and that works.

Kindly please remove your file and re-add it again.

I’m still having the same issue.
I’ve tried cloning the form and reattaching and I still cannot make it work – the cloned form still does not deliver the PDF
I’ve also tried uploading a different file completely – same issue.

Hi Adele,

I did a test on your form again and this time I did receive the PDF attachment.

Please note that you will need to perform an actual form submission to receive the PDF in the email.

Kindly check and let us know if the issue persists.

I’ve managed to fix it – I think it just didn’t like the file name
